Pioneer Day

On July 23rd we hosted our annual Pioneer Day dinner and fireworks for many family and friends.
This year Paul perfected the smoked BBQ Baby Back ribs. They were so yummmmy! He also made some world famous potato salad.
We were so happy that so many people were able to come this year, it was great!

Sunny trying to catch the bubbles.

The fireworks show was huge and amazing! We were told it was going to be big but this was so awesome. Truly the best show.

Here is Ellie waiting to see Brett and Trey in the parade eariler that morning.

Brett riding the float, the boys were the Helaman's warriors and the girls were queen Ester.

Waiting to start the parade.

Trey's ready to roll. He's the best warrior ever!

We had cousins visit that we don't get to see much. It was hot this afternoon so I thought what better way to get them all outside to play and cool off! Turn the water on!

No idea what Ellie is doing standing in that bucket.

It was really a great weekend. We loved seeing everyone and sharing our great view of the fireworks from our very own backyard, oh and who could forget those wonderful ribs!
