Meanea Get Together

Yes, it is a reunion but we don't call it that.

We camped down at Great Grandpa's and Mom and Dad's again this year. All the kids had fun with water games, the new play ground at the park, and other things. It is a long weekend but it always seems to go fast.

Trey went down the slides a few different times and totally loved it. A big thanks to Paul who had the major task of carrying Trey up there then getting him positioned. You rock, Dad!

Thanks to my awesome, wonderful, amazing family! I love spending time with you all. We look forward to this weekend all year and it is never a let down. Good company and good food, what more could you ask for?!

Christmas with the Meanea's

The Saturday after Christmas is when we traveled to Central to celebrate with the Meanea's. We ate a great dinner, cousins exchanged gifts and the adults played a white elephant game. If was a great day. Thanks everyone.

Three kids in a motor home.

For the past several years the Meanea clan has embarked on a memorable weekend outdoors. Labor Day Weekend became the time of choice and we choose different locations to camp at. This year we were at the Castle Rock Campground in Clear Creek Canyon.

Leaks in the motor home almost threatened our being there (we would have figured something out) but luckily the local RV place fit us into the schedule on Wednesday and we got the motor home back on Thursday so we could pack it up.

We had a wonderful time and Brett went crazy playing with the cousins. Ellie was pretty much grouchy the whole time but to her defense she was totally out of her element. Trey loved being out doors and getting so much snuggle time with Grandma.

Monday was once again a wonderful BBQ in Central. We visited with Grandpa and were missing Grandma.

Brett is still talking about sleeping in the motor home and planning out next years camp out.

We had a wonderful weekend in Vernal visiting with Joe's family and being able to go to Kiera's blessing. Trey, Brett and Ellie had a wonderful time playing with their cousins.

Thanks to Joe and Kristin for being such wonderful hosts. You have a precious little angel.
